Typical shift is 8:30 am – 3:30 pm (set-up, assisting shoppers and sellers, scan tickets, give out wristbands and clean-up).

Volunteers receive free admission and the chance to shop first – many items are purchased during set-up before the sale officially opens.

After the event, some sellers even give away items they don’t want to take home – meaning volunteers often go home with free finds in addition to early deals.
