From a few pieces to a full wedding’s worth.
Every venue is different, but each event offers table-only options plus small and large seller spaces.
TABLE OPTIONS
Best for smaller décor and accessories. Each six-foot table provides a 30-inch-by-6-foot display surface plus storage space underneath. All items must fit entirely on or under the table.
SMALL SELLER SPACES
Ideal for sellers who need more flexibility than a table alone, such as room for a table, garment rack, shelving, boxes or larger décor.
LARGE SELLER SPACES
Designed for substantial inventory, multiple tables and larger display pieces such as backdrops, signs, shelving or garment racks.
Seller Space BASICS
How does a seller space work?
More room to create your own setup.
Unlike a table-only option, a seller space gives you a set amount of room for your complete display. Depending on the option selected, it may accommodate tables, garment racks, shelving, boxes or open floor space for larger décor pieces.
Seller-space sizes, layouts and included tables vary by venue. Exact sizes, layouts and included tables are listed on each event’s ticket page. If the available options do not fit your display, contact us to discuss a custom space.
BEFORE YOU RESERVE
Choosing the right option
To become a seller, purchase a seller ticket for the event you want to attend. Select either a table-only option or a seller space based on the amount and type of inventory you plan to bring.
Before purchasing, estimate how much room your complete display will require. Plan for the space your items will occupy once displayed, not while packed.
Everything must fit within your assigned area. Aisles cannot be used for display or storage. If you are between two options, select the larger one.
Previous ticket holders and Event List subscribers receive pre-sale access. Most options are reserved during the pre-sale or within the first few hours of the public sale.
Reserve early to secure the option that best fits your inventory.
Once an option sells out, additional spots will not be added.

- Reserve your tickets in advance to secure your preferred shopping time.
- Arrive during your designated check-in window. Parking and check-in are managed by entry wave to provide a smooth arrival experience. Tickets are scanned only during your purchased entry window.
- Bring a wagon, rolling cart, or reusable shopping bags for larger finds.
- Every event features one-of-a-kind inventory. If you have a specific item in mind, consider selecting an earlier entry time for the greatest selection. If you're browsing for inspiration, a later entry may be the perfect fit.
