2. Event Registration and Tickets

Submitting a form, joining an interest list or contacting us does not guarantee admission, seller space, sponsorship placement, partnership approval or participation in an event.

The Wedding Yard Sale® provides an in-person marketplace where independent sellers may offer merchandise directly to shoppers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, merchandise is owned, priced and sold by independent sellers. The Wedding Yard Sale does not take ownership of merchandise and is not a party to individual transactions between shoppers and sellers.
Shoppers are responsible for inspecting merchandise and confirming its condition, price, suitability and authenticity before purchasing. Individual sellers are responsible for accurately describing their merchandise and completing their own transactions. Seller purchases are generally final unless the seller expressly agrees otherwise.
We do not guarantee the availability, condition, quality, safety, legality or suitability of merchandise offered by independent sellers.
