Choosing the Right Seller Space Can Make All the Difference
After your wedding, it can be difficult to estimate how much décor you actually have. A few boxes might not seem like much until you start unpacking centerpieces, candle holders, signs, linens and other details you forgot you purchased.

Start by Gathering Everything
Before selecting your seller space, bring together everything you plan to sell.
Check closets, storage bins, your garage and anywhere else wedding items may have been set aside. Many sellers discover additional decorations while packing, especially smaller pieces stored separately or left with family members after the wedding.

Understand How Much Space a Table Provides
A standard six-foot table provides a display surface approximately 72 inches long and 30 inches wide. The area underneath offers a similar footprint for storing additional inventory, although table legs and supports can reduce the usable space.
Table-only sellers must keep everything on or under their table. Items cannot extend into walkways, sit beside the table or lean against the front.
We do not provide table linens, which makes it easier to access the storage space underneath. However, you are welcome to bring your own linens to spruce up your display.
A small tape measure can help you check the dimensions of larger pieces before deciding which space to reserve.
Know Which Items Require Additional Space
The number of items you bring is only part of the equation. Their size and shape matter just as much.
Bud vases, candle holders and table numbers may fit comfortably on a table. Ceremony arches, oversized mirrors, furniture, dress racks, backdrops and freestanding signs usually require additional floor space.
If an item will not fit safely on or under your table, select a seller space that accommodates it. Moving blankets can also help protect mirrors, frames and other delicate pieces during transportation.
A Cluttered Table Can Cost You Sales
More items on display do not necessarily lead to more sales.
We have heard shoppers say they passed by cluttered tables because the amount of merchandise felt overwhelming. When items are stacked too closely together, shoppers may struggle to see what is available or feel uncomfortable picking something up.

Not everything needs to be visible at once.
If you have 30 matching candle holders, display one or two and add a small sign indicating how many are available. Store the remaining pieces neatly under your table.
